Wade Moriarty

Wade Moriarty is a personal injury trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience representing individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries and losses. As Senior Managing Attorney at PMR Law, he brings extensive trial experience, a deep understanding of personal injury law, and strong interpersonal skills to the firm’s personal injury litigation team.

Wade’s practice focuses on personal injury and complex injury cases, including automobile accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death. Throughout his career, he has represented injured clients and their families in cases involving significant physical, financial, and personal losses.

Wade earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 1989. He earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1993 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1994. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He is also licensed to practice law in Colorado.

Wade is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction held by a select group of Texas attorneys who meet rigorous standards for experience, knowledge, and demonstrated competence in personal injury trial law.

Wade has held leadership positions within the Houston legal community. He is a former President of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association (HTLA) and has served on the HTLA Board of Directors since 2014. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.

Life Outside the Office

Wade and his wife, Rose, live in northwest Houston with their two children and three much-loved—and occasionally demanding—fur babies. Outside of practicing law, Wade enjoys traveling with his family, testing his knowledge at trivia, and competing against the clock in escape rooms.
