Andrew Archer, also known as “Drew”, is an Associate Attorney at PMR Law who represents individuals and families injured in personal injury accidents. Before joining PMR Law, Andrew spent five years representing defendants in personal injury cases. This defense-side experience gave him valuable insight into how insurance companies and defense attorneys evaluate injury claims, negotiate settlements, and prepare cases for trial.
Andrew has tried personal injury cases in Harris County and several surrounding Texas counties. He now brings that litigation and defense experience to representing injured individuals and families, helping clients understand their legal options and pursue the compensation they may be entitled to after an accident.
A native Texan, Andrew was born and raised in Clear Lake, Texas. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and competed on the Men’s Gymnastics team with a partial athletic scholarship.
Andrew began law school at the University of Oklahoma, where he participated in moot court and advanced to the semifinals of the schoolwide moot court competition. After completing his first year, he transferred to the University of Houston Law Center, where he graduated with honors and became a first-generation lawyer.
Andrew’s combination of personal injury defense experience, courtroom experience, and advocacy training provides him with a valuable perspective when representing injured clients. At PMR Law, he uses that experience to help clients navigate the personal injury claims process, understand their rights and legal options, and pursue compensation following serious accidents.
