Jamie Casey brings extensive experience in legal intake, client relations, and team leadership to PMR Law. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with prospective clients during the initial stages of personal injury, tort, and liability matters, helping them navigate the intake process with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.
Before joining PMR Law, Jamie served as a Legal Intake Specialist Lead, overseeing daily intake operations while supporting prospective clients and helping ensure a consistent, positive experience from their first interaction with the firm. In that role, she also helped interview, onboard, train, and mentor team members, contributing to an organized and effective intake team.
Jamie understands that reaching out to a law firm after an injury or difficult experience can feel overwhelming. She takes the time to listen carefully, gather important information, and help prospective clients understand the next steps in the process. Known for her empathy, professionalism, and ability to remain organized in fast-paced environments, Jamie is committed to making every person who contacts PMR Law feel heard, respected, and supported.
