Antonio “Tony” Motabán is the VP of Digital Marketing at PMR Law. Born and raised in Venezuela, Tony brings more than a decade of marketing experience spanning Big 4 organizations—including PwC—and high-performing Houston personal injury law firms. In his role, he leads PMR’s digital growth strategy across brand, website experience, SEO, paid media, and performance analytics, with a focus on clear messaging, accurate attribution, and measurable results.
A true full-stack marketer, Tony combines the creative side of storytelling and brand-building with the technical precision of modern digital marketing—bridging strategy, design, tracking, and optimization to turn attention into action and performance into growth.
Outside of work, Tony enjoys exploring Houston’s vast and endlessly diverse food scene—always chasing the next great spot—along with reading, watching films, playing strategy-based games, and raising and training his sweet pit bull.
